Appointment Etiquette & Cancellation Policy

Notice of 2 full business days (at least 48 hours notice, Monday to Friday) must be provided in the case of rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Not doing so will incur a cancellation fee covering your session cost. This ranges between $120.00 to $300.00 depending on your session type. Accounts are required to be paid in full prior to your appointment if online via Becon Health, or at your appointment using EFTPOS or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard).
